Responsibilities and Duties: * Conduct store audits to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures; * Identify inconsistencies, risks, process failures, and improvement opportunities; * Prepare detailed reports with findings, evidence, and recommendations; * Monitor action plans and support managers in correcting non-conformities; * Audit inventories, stock counts, goods receipt, and verification processes; * Evaluate loss prevention practices and suggest improvements; * Monitor performance indicators and support internal departments with analyses; * Ensure compliance with internal standards, corporate policies, and applicable legislation; * Train teams on best practices for control and processes. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields preferred); * Experience in auditing, internal control, loss prevention, or store routines; * Knowledge of retail operational processes; * Analytical skills and attention to detail; * Investigative profile and ethical conduct; * Availability for travel.
