Dynamic environment with professional growth **Position: Process Intelligence and Automation Analyst (Hybrid)** **Work Location** Santa Catarina office — **Itaguaçu Trade Center**, near Itaguaçu Shopping. **Working Hours** 8 hours per day | Monday to Friday (business hours) — In-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. **Availability** Must have **availability for travel**. **About the Position** We are looking for a **Process Intelligence and Automation Analyst** to work directly with company leadership, aiming to **develop and implement intelligent solutions for our clients**. This is a strategic role and will play a fundamental part in helping our clients evolve their processes, making them more **automated, efficient, and data-driven**. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop process automation solutions for clients * Create dashboards and analytics in **Cigam B.I.** to support decision-making * Work with the **Cigam ERP**, exploring data and improvement opportunities for clients * Apply **Artificial Intelligence** to transform manual processes into smarter workflows * Identify bottlenecks in client processes and propose practical solutions * Design scalable and replicable models and solutions applicable across multiple clients **What We Seek in This Profile** * **Analytical, technical, and process-oriented mindset** * Ability to understand client business and propose applicable solutions * Proactivity and autonomy to build solutions from scratch * Interest in technology, data, and automation * Strong communication skills for client interaction * Ability to work effectively in-person and collaboratively in teams * Availability for occasional travel **Requirements** * Database (queries, data structuring, and analysis) * BI tools * Programming logic and/or automation * Experience or interest in applying **AI to business contexts** * Ability to design dashboards and KPIs **Preferred Qualifications** * ERP experience (especially Cigam) * Knowledge of process automation (integrations, workflows) * Experience in client-facing projects or consulting * Experience in continuous improvement and operational efficiency **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary Range:** R$ 3.000,00 to R$ 5.000,00 (CLT) * **Benefits:** * Medical insurance * Meal allowance / Food voucher * Transportation allowance **About CIGAM and Senior Group** **CIGAM** is a leading Brazilian enterprise management solutions (ERP) provider, especially serving medium and large enterprises in industrial, service, and distribution sectors.
