The main focus of this role will be lead prospecting and acquisition via Facebook and Instagram, using direct communication strategies and interaction with potential customers. This is an opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with targets, social media, and wish to develop commercial skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities * Actively prospect leads via Facebook and Instagram; * Initiate conversations, conduct outreach, and qualify potential customers; * Record leads and maintain organized contact flow; * Meet weekly and monthly acquisition targets; * Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies. Requirements * Strong written communication skills; * Proficiency with social media (especially Facebook and Instagram); * Organizational skills and target orientation; * Must be registered as MEI or willing to register as MEI; * Availability for in-person work in the center of Florianópolis, Monday to Friday, and remote work on Saturdays.
