For 25 years, we have been thinking, designing, producing, and testing each product across a wide variety of vessels. **Position: CNC Lathe Operator – Permanent CLT Contract** **Job Mission:** Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines, controlling production parameters and quality. **Key Responsibilities:** · Receive production demand requests from the supervisor; · Execute production programming; · Verify critical dimensions of parts; · Measure produced items; · Load parts into the machine for production; · Conduct quality inspections; · Sort and verify raw materials; · Report failures and losses of raw materials, finished products, and tools; · Perform preventive maintenance and keep the machine and work area clean; · Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position. **Academic Qualifications:** · Completed High School: Mandatory · Industrial Mechanical Technician: Preferred **Required Experience: 6 months** Operation of CNC lathe machines. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** · Proficiency in units of measurement; · Measuring equipment; · Metrology; · LID (Reading and interpretation of technical drawings); · Mathematical reasoning. · Familiarity with control systems: Siemens, Fagor, Fanuc, Mcs, Mazatrol, and Mitsubishi; · CNC lathe and machining center programming – an advantage. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:48. **Base Salary:** To be disclosed during the selection process. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal or food allowance, attendance bonus, SESI dental plan, pharmacy, medical clinic, and laboratory agreements via AEMFLO.
