The professional will be responsible for developing estimates, monitoring financial execution, and optimizing resources, thereby ensuring economic viability and achievement of established goals. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop detailed project budgets, including cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and services. Register and update inputs, service compositions, and budgets in Sienge; · Ensure MO (MOP and Contractors) resource management by organizing and maintaining rigorous allocation controls (allocation of inputs and services to the budgetary WBS); · Develop and update comprehensive construction schedules (physical schedule, histogram, and S-curve); · Coordinate construction planning and replanning, ensuring predictability and control during execution; · Strictly monitor and enforce the physical\-financial schedule jointly developed with construction managers, providing periodic progress, cost, and performance indicator reports; · Monitor physical progress of construction projects, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team/front-line performance; · Identify deviations from plans, conduct critical analyses, and propose replanning and improvements to execution sequences; · Lead critical activities of executive planning, such as contractor closing meetings and phase-based package definitions; · Ensure integration among engineering, procurement, finance, and execution departments to align construction strategies; · Implement process improvements in construction planning and control, promoting standardization, efficiency, and innovation. Requirements and Qualifications * Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; · Proven Experience: Solid experience in construction planning and control. \-Prior experience with physical\-financial scheduling, performance analysis, and managerial reporting.
