Job Summary: Ensure apartment cleanliness and organization, guaranteeing the best possible guest experience during check-in and throughout their stay. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing apartments 2. Prepares rooms for guest reception 3. Acts swiftly to release apartments Guarantee cleanliness, organization, and prompt delivery of apartments, ensuring the best possible guest experience at check\-in and during their stay. **Main Responsibilities** * Clean and sanitize apartments (check\-in and check\-out) * Make beds and organize rooms for guest reception * Perform room setup according to resort standards * Act swiftly to release apartments * Meet daily room organization targets **Work Schedule:** * Rotating 6 days on, 1 day off * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:38 PM Requirements: * Completed elementary education * Good physical stamina * Availability for intensive operational routines * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule * Willingness to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment Benefits: * 20% hazard pay * Health and dental insurance plans * Transportation allowance or company-provided transportation with stops at strategic locations in Florianópolis/RS * Profit-sharing program * Performance-based bonuses (after 3 months) * Accommodation (temporary, for 3 months) * All meals provided free of charge at the restaurant (for residents) * Leisure facilities for employees (gym, swimming pool, courts) in dedicated employee areas * Exclusive internal benefits (free barbershop and beauty salon for women).
