We believe that when technology meets purpose, we create solutions that truly delight, inspire, and deliver. **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** Conducting **guided tours** to present the unit’s infrastructure and distinguishing features Performing **screening and routing of inquiries** Providing **in-person candidate support** during peak ENEM demand periods Assisting with **general inquiries**, ensuring warm reception and a positive experience **Delighting** candidates throughout their journey Recording **information and incidents** in the system Working efficiently in **high-traffic environments**, maintaining organization and clarity **Our Requirements:** * Must be at least 18 years old; * Completed high school education; * Easy access to the Mooca area; * If previously employed by Kainos or You BPO Tech, a minimum 6-month gap is required before rejoining the company. * Proficiency and comfort using computers; * Prior experience in in-person customer service (e.g., general reception); * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with colleges, academic programs, or education-related fields; * Experience in reception, guided tours, events, hospitality, or related areas; * Experience in screening and routing inquiries; * Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and customer service systems; * Experience working in high-volume, high-demand service environments; * Ability to record service interactions and incidents in an organized and objective manner. **About this position:** **Position: Relationship Assistant** **Contract Type: Temporary (60 days), with potential for permanent placement** **Salary: BRL 1,590.03** **Work Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off** **Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:48 PM OR 11:12 AM – 8:00 PM** **Work Location:** R.
