Job Description: Purchaser We are hiring a Purchaser to perform the following duties: \-Job Mission Ensure the supply of production inputs and other materials used by the company at the lowest possible cost, while meeting established standards for delivery timelines and product/service quality. Key Tasks: Responsibilities Research the supplier market for products and services by collecting pricing information to identify optimal purchasing opportunities. Negotiate with suppliers to finalize purchases under the best conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery timeline. Issue purchase orders and forward them to suppliers, monitoring the delivery process and ensuring full compliance with all negotiated terms. Identify new suppliers of diverse products and services to develop alternative supply sources. Identify alternative products compatible with production processes to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing costs. Monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery as scheduled. Oversee the return process for goods delivered inconsistent with the purchase order. Update supplier price lists and internally disseminate updated pricing information to relevant departments. Conduct factory visits to supplier facilities to maintain technical knowledge regarding purchased products. Verify the quality and credibility of the manufacturer of the product to be procured. Prepare and analyze competitive bidding maps using supplier proposals. Register new suppliers for inquiries and quotations as needed. Responsible for inventory, procurement, and maintenance activities. On-site position: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM\.
