Job Summary: Supervise the execution of waste collection services, manage teams, control equipment and materials, and ensure service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure service safety and quality Supervise the execution of waste collection services in assigned sectors, verify compliance with company-established standards, and implement corrective measures when necessary; * At the start of each shift, inspect the status of equipment and teams, organize them, and make necessary adjustments; * Control and ensure proper placement of equipment, tools, and materials under your responsibility; * Notify the supervisor of the need for repairs, tire replacements, or maintenance of equipment and vehicles; * Request replenishment of materials, tools, and equipment required to perform services; * Monitor and record traffic incidents involving company vehicles, and report information to the supervisor for appropriate action; * Address citizen complaints and requests to improve service delivery and enhance service quality provided by the company; * Organize and verify daily collection forms and checklists completed by drivers, taking necessary actions; * Evaluate team performance and productivity, guiding them according to desired standards; * Train and orient new employees; * Impose disciplinary penalties or dismissals in accordance with documents issued by HR; * Conduct Safety Dialogues (DS) to raise team awareness regarding safety and health; * Collect signatures on documents (payment receipts, meal voucher and transportation voucher lists, medical certificates and declarations), when necessary; * Verify that all employees are wearing uniforms and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); * Report workplace accidents to the safety technician or HR; * Arrange photographic documentation of activities; * Monitor, via internal system, vehicles in operation, collection sectors, and their progress, providing guidance to the team as needed to ensure complete sector coverage and accurate data entry.
