**Unit: HEI** **Location:** Jurerê \- Florianópolis \- SC **Format:** Hybrid \- CLT Permanent Position **Job Mission** Work in the Engineering department, developing engineering projects; participating in the preparation of technical drawings, diagrams, flowcharts, CAD modeling, engineering sizing and calculations; conducting resource assessments required for implementing engineering solutions; participating in the preparation and review of work instructions and operation manuals, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop engineering projects, including defining technical requirements and standards to be followed. * Participate in preparing technical drawings, diagrams, flowcharts, CAD (Computer\-Aided Design) modeling, engineering sizing and calculations. * Conduct resource assessments required for implementing engineering solutions, such as financial costs, contracting/acquiring new technologies, materials, among others. * Participate in preparing and reviewing work instructions and operation manuals for the engineering solutions involved. * Liaise with engineering service providers and monitor contract deadlines to ensure compliance with company needs and technical requirements. * Prepare reports and historical records regarding engineering solutions, highlighting applicable technical\-legal requirements. * Collaborate in transferring engineering projects to the production department. * Monitor indicators related to implemented engineering solutions. * Participate in evaluating and diagnosing risks associated with company processes from an engineering perspective. * Participate in investigating customer complaints to identify root causes, scope of the issue, and potential solutions. * Verify whether evaluation and test results conform to conceptual specifications, forwarding information to the responsible Engineer. * Analyze competing products to identify advantages and possible engineering optimizations. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Preferred: over 3 years of experience in this field or a similar role **What We Offer:** * Competitive fixed salary * Meal allowance * Attendance bonus * Transportation allowance * Pharmacy benefit * Birthday day off * Remote work allowance * Medical and dental assistance plan (after probation period) * Corporate education platform * Employee engagement initiatives (celebratory events, gifts, and year\-end kits) **Working Hours:** 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM
