Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring pace, accuracy, and high operational efficiency from planning through to final client delivery. We are seeking a Project Manager responsible for end-to-end project execution—from intake and planning, through execution and monitoring, to final client delivery. This professional will serve as the central point of contact, ensuring pace, accuracy, and high operational efficiency across initiatives led by Zoom. Manage the full project lifecycle, from kick-off to final delivery. Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Perform task decomposition (WBS), risk management, cost control, and supplier and manufacturer oversight. Monitor SLAs, ensure timely delivery, and minimize rework. Coordinate processes related to quotation, importation, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. Interface directly with internal teams (engineering, support, installation, logistics, procurement). Lead status meetings with stakeholders and prepare executive reports. Prioritize demands based on each project’s criticality. Serve as the primary interface with public and private clients. Ensure clear alignment of expectations and continuous communication with stakeholders. Facilitate conflict resolution, removal of impediments, and cross-functional collaboration. Support integration with partner teams and external suppliers. Facilitate decision-making with leadership. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proficiency in frameworks and methodologies: PMBOK / PMI / Agile / Scrum / Kanban. Solid knowledge of scope, schedule, risk, cost, and supplier management. Experience with processes: quotation, importation, production/manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. Prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with public and private clients. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Knowledge of IT infrastructure: servers, storage, virtualization, networks, and switches. Experience in installation, configuration, and technical integration phases with specialized teams.
