Founded in 2003, GERAR is a non-profit social organization whose mission is to promote social development through educational initiatives and job and income generation, empowering individuals to become protagonists of their own life stories within a fairer society and a sustainable planet.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Organize physical and digital documents for training groups.
* Update attendance spreadsheets, performance indicators, and internal control records.
* Issue attendance lists, certificates, and other administrative documents.
* Update partner company databases.
* Prepare documents and materials for commercial visits.
* Update company follow-up spreadsheets.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration.
* We seek a **proactive, responsible, and organized** professional.
**Additional Information** **Salary \+ Benefits:**
* Transportation Allowance (no payroll deduction) or reimbursement (R$ 12.00 per business day) paid in cash via payroll
* Birthday Day Off;
* Meal Allowance or Meal Voucher of R$ 30.74 per business day worked;
