If you identify with us, join TopMed and make a difference in people's lives! **Responsibilities:** * Provide chat and phone support, assist users, and provide information about telehealth services including: + registration updates + support and questions regarding the health app, * resending documents related to teleconsultations * answering questions about teleconsultation procedures * Use technological systems and tools to record interactions and update user registration information * Collaborate with TopMed's multidisciplinary team, sharing information and experiences to improve user service * Stay updated on market trends and innovations in healthcare, as well as on TopMed’s products and services. **On-site work location:** Rua Sebastião Furtado Pereira, nº 60, 10th floor – Tower II – Barreiros, São José – SC, 88117-400 **Work Schedule:** 6x1 shift – 6h20 working hours (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month – depending on the shift, may work on Saturdays and Sundays) **Available shifts:** CHECK WITH RECRUITER Requirements: High school diploma; Office Suite proficiency; Computer knowledge. AVAILABILITY TO WORK ON A 6X1 SCHEDULE **Preferred qualifications:** Experience in customer service and relationship; Previous experience in healthcare environments; Ongoing higher education in healthcare fields.
