Recognized for successfully serving both public and private companies, it manages full-cycle projects—from planning through on-site execution—always prioritizing optimal results for its clients. **What Will You Do?** Manage all construction project phases (planning, execution, and delivery); Supervise technical and administrative teams on-site; Control schedules, budgets, and operational resources; Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and service providers; Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards (applicable NRs); Support senior management with progress reports and performance indicators; Promote continuous improvements in construction execution and management processes. **We’d Love It If You Have the Following Qualifications:** Willingness to travel; Education: Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferred); Proven experience in coordinating and managing industrial construction projects; Knowledge of reading project drawings, budgeting, and construction planning; Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills; Proficiency with control tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.); **Location:** The professional will be responsible for servicing demands across Brazil’s Southern region, with occasional travel to other states as required by operational needs. **What Are My Working Hours?** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM; Fridays: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–4:00 PM. **Offer:** Salary: R$ 7.500,00 The company fully covers meal and accommodation expenses and provides a corporate vehicle for business travel. **Does this opportunity match your profile?
