Your main responsibilities will be:
* Supervise the production department and all technical processes related to formulations;
* Inspect and monitor production stages—including all production processes such as weighing, compounding, and filling—ensuring compliance with Good Compounding Practices and aseptic conduct, thereby guaranteeing process quality;
* Administer, supervise, and prioritize demands for weighing, compounding, and filling according to priority levels, aligned with production planning;
* Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use in the laboratory;
* Register and enter raw materials into the ERP system, cross-checking against invoices and certificates of analysis for each raw material;
* Manage inventory of general and controlled raw materials (PORT 344/98), maintaining stock levels in line with consumption requirements;
* Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and environmental standards;
* Develop and revise general documentation (e.g., SOPs, training programs, evaluations, etc.);
* Monitor and guide personnel performance, non-conformities, and process flows jointly with the Production Manager;
* Support weekly production planning (PCP) for the liquid production department, based on established targets;
* Issue Production Orders in the ERP system;
* Propose continuous improvements, ensuring compliance with Good Compounding Practices;
* Contact companies for quotations on equipment, utensils, and materials required for production processes;
* Liaise with and follow up on suppliers for equipment servicing and general process-related services;
* Participate in third-party and ANVISA audits;
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM**
Requirements: **Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy**
Experience in production areas
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, either in industry or compounding pharmacies
Team leadership skills
Ability to interpret and implement SOPs and Compounding or Manufacturing Orders
Formulation development and verification within an ERP system
Proficiency in leadership and process management
Commitment to quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency
Ability to train and develop team members
In-depth knowledge of ANVISA regulatory standards, including:
RDC 67/2007 – Good Practices for Compounding Pharmacies
RDC 658/2022 – Good Manufacturing Practices
Quality management systems, qualification, and process validation
