Job Summary: Leadec Brasil is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and electrical installations, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with safety standards. Interpreting electrical drawings and conducting equipment tests. Leadec Brasil is looking for an **Electromechanical Technician** to join our Operations team. We seek a professional with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and electrical installations, capable of focusing on safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. The professional will be responsible for performing technical activities on electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and electrical installations; * Work on electrical panels, performing general adjustments, circuit breaker replacements, and physical panel inspections; * Interpret electrical drawings and diagrams (power and control), documenting field activities; * Test electrical equipment on workbenches; * Work on electric motors, protection controls, measurement and control devices, distribution boards, and lighting systems; * Install and repair distribution and lighting systems; * Assemble, repair, and install auxiliary equipment in industrial areas; * Operate platforms and perform work at heights when required; * Conduct checklists, complete Service Orders, and participate in daily safety meetings (DDS); * Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with applicable safety regulations; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements:** * Technical education preferred in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Electromechanics; * Preferred experience of **1 to 2 years** in the field; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical diagrams; Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Preferred Education: * Mechanics, Technical Course * Industrial Automation, Higher Education * Electromechanics, Technical Course * DENTAL ASSISTANCE * MEDICAL ASSISTANCE * TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE * ATTENDANCE BONUS * BASIC FOOD BASKET * ON-SITE MEALS
