Work Location: Shopping Center, Rodovia BR 101, 700, Store 128/129, Sul do Rio Neighborhood Schedule: 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM, with availability to cover days off Salary: BRL 1840.00 + 20% cash-handling bonus Attendance Card: BRL 100.00 + Meal Voucher: BRL 250.00 Transportation Voucher (TV); Dental Plan; Superlegal Discount — 10% discount at all stores within our network; Mobile App Benefits Club: Discounts at various online stores, pharmacies, cinemas, and restaurants; English course with 5 modules; What We Expect From You: * Customer Service: Delight our customers—especially children—with exceptional service, helping them choose the perfect toys for every occasion; * Product Organization and Display: Manage receiving, pricing, organizing, and restocking merchandise, ensuring toys are always prominently displayed and ready to be selected and taken home by our young customers; * Interaction and Communication: Be an outstanding communicator capable of answering questions and providing product information, creating a welcoming and fun environment; Requirements: * Enjoy working with the public—especially children; * Be proactive, friendly, and dynamic; * Possess strong communication skills and ease working in a team; * Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not mandatory; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; * Must be over 18 years old; * Must have easy access to the store.
