




**Junior Customer Success Analyst** ======================================= TOTVS | Florianópolis - SC | Hybrid Job Description Build a solid foundation for the sustainable growth of the HR segment’s customer portfolio, ensuring that client companies can scale their HR operations effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction with TOTVS solutions. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Establish strong relationships with the client’s Human Resources department and key stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities, thereby guiding HR in implementing efficient processes through TOTVS payroll and electronic time tracking solutions; * Be fully responsible for the recurring revenue of a customer portfolio, proactively driving HR solution adoption and mitigating churn risk, ensuring execution and success throughout the customer journey. Self-management, organization, and proactivity are essential; * Conduct periodic strategic meetings with clients and other stakeholders to foster a partnership-oriented relationship that supports business growth and effectiveness through TOTVS HR solutions; * Lead initiatives that integrate various departments across the client and TOTVS organizations, facilitating project and process development.
