Requirements: Completed high school or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Human Resources Management, People Management, or Psychology); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Comfortable using technology; Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience conducting interviews and recruitment & selection; Strong written communication skills, correct spelling, and ability to convey clear, understandable information (e.g., via WhatsApp); Excellent verbal communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Proactive, dynamic, committed, friendly, organized, and punctual; Adherence to schedules and deadlines.
