




Job Summary: Administrative internship to assist with administrative, HR, and procurement tasks, including contract handling, ERP usage, accounts payable/receivable, and document organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist across all administrative, HR, and procurement functions to support the Arena; handle various contracts, operate the proprietary ERP system, and manage accounts payable and receivable; conduct collections, draft minutes, receive and notify arrival of goods; monitor corporate email; store and organize documents; track event checklists **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** Dynamism, Proactivity Strong communication skills Agility Being organized and proactive.
