Main Responsibilities: * Provide **technical support to customers**, including handling inquiries and logging support tickets; * Perform **initial client activation and configuration** on our systems; * **Escalate technical requests** to relevant departments when necessary; * Assist in identifying and documenting issues reported by customers; * Support the team with **other activities related to technical support and customer service**. Requirements: * Basic computer literacy; * Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills; * Completed high school education; * Currently enrolled in or having completed a technical or undergraduate program in technology. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory): * Experience or knowledge in **tourism, hospitality, events, or related fields**; * Familiarity with **administrative routines**, such as finance, procurement, or billing.
