Our expertise is human, alive, and through it, we welcome and empower people both inside and outside the company.**Your challenge on the team:** You’ll join the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team and contribute to advancing RD Station’s infrastructure reliability, standardization, and automation practices. Your primary challenge will be reducing complexity and increasing engineering team productivity—collaborating alongside experienced engineers in a learning-focused, fast-growth environment. **Your key responsibilities:** * Support and learn to operate and provision critical workloads (e.g., Redis, Elasticsearch, message queues, databases) in large-scale environments; * Contribute to implementing and improving automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), performing supervised updates on infrastructure projects (e.g., TF Projects); * Collaborate on system observability—learning to use tools (e.g., Datadog) to build dashboards, configure alerts, and analyze logs, metrics, and traces; * Actively participate in troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis to improve product reliability; * Learn and apply engineering standards, SLOs, SLIs, and SRE best practices to make infrastructure simpler, faster, and more secure. **What we’re looking for:** * Basic Linux knowledge; * Some prior experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); * Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes); * Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery); * Awareness of observability, automation, monitoring, and software engineering concepts; * Analytical and proactive mindset to learn new technical skills. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * AWS, GCP, Azure, or LPI certifications; * Familiarity with programming and/or scripting languages; * Kubernetes knowledge; * Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools and Terraform; * Experience with system monitoring, especially Datadog or similar tools; * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, VPC); * Prior experience or involvement in incident resolution. **Selection process steps:** * **Application** \- Submission of application; * **DigAí Interview** \- Initial conversation with our AI-powered tool; * **Mindsight** – Work-style assessment; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency-based interview with our recruitment team; * **Technical Interview** \- Technical discussion covering job requirements; * **Final Interview** \- Final alignment conversation with management; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the selection process, including the formal job offer. **Note:** Additional or modified steps may occur depending on process needs.
