Internal event administration and communication Company specialized in renting metal equipment for civil construction, recognized for agility, safety, and comprehensive solutions for construction projects of various scales. **Position Objective:** **Maintain daily activities related to people management and Personnel Department, ensure compliance with deadlines and obligations by submitting events to accounting.** * Manage employee benefits, * Verify Secullum electronic timekeeping records, * Record payroll-related events and submit them to external accounting, * Issue pay slips and provide support for employee inquiries, * Manage vacation and leave schedules, * Conduct recruitment and selection, participating in the entire cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding, * Handle other departmental demands (terminations, vacations, 13th salary, day off, hiring, training, feedback, PDI), * Plan and execute internal events, implement endomarketing initiatives and internal communication actions, * Administer and oversee occupational medicine and workplace safety programs, * Manage temporary contracts and RPA agreements, * Support leadership.
