Now, we’re looking for an External Sales Executive to accelerate our growth, acquire new customers, and strengthen our market relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Identifying opportunities and understanding customers’ actual needs. Mapping the market and prospecting new business. Developing commercial proposals focused on solutions and value. Negotiating, closing contracts, and achieving targets strategically. Maintaining close, consultative, and long-term relationships with customers. Contributing ideas to improve our sales processes and strategies. ✅ What we expect from you: Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate degree is a plus). Personal vehicle. Proven experience in sales or related fields. Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and a consultative mindset. Proactivity, organization, and results orientation. Knowledge of the vehicle tracking/monitoring market is a plus but not mandatory. Benefits: \- Base salary: R$2400.00 \+ performance-based target and aggressive commission and bonus. \- Meal allowance: R$450.00\. (No payroll deduction). \- Fuel allowance: R$540.00\. (No payroll deduction). \- Health insurance subsidy (available after probation period, no payroll deduction). \- Dental plan (available after probation period, no payroll deduction). \- Weekly working hours: 44 hours, Monday through Friday. \- Day Off: one paid day off to celebrate your birthday as you prefer.
