Job Summary: This professional will map, document, and optimize processes; monitor KPIs; ensure compliance; and collaborate with teams to implement continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with different departments § Map and document company processes; § Identify improvements and propose solutions to increase efficiency; § Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports; § Ensure process compliance with standards and regulations; § Collaborate with different departments to implement changes. **Requirements:** § Experience in process mapping and analysis; § Knowledge of tools such as BPMN, Visio, or similar; § Analytical ability and problem-solving skills; § Strong communication and teamwork skills; § Experience in process automation and/or continuous improvement is preferred.
