**JOB: INDICATOR ANALYST II**
**ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT**
The Indicators and Performance Department is responsible for transforming data into strategic information to support business decision-making. We handle data collection, analysis and interpretation, development of performance indicators, dashboard construction, and generation of insights that contribute to operational efficiency, continuous process improvement, and achievement of organizational objectives.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Collect, organize, and validate data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
* Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective actions.
* Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analyses for tracking results and supporting decision-making.
* Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis, transforming information into strategic insights.
* Support internal departments in defining, tracking, and measuring goals and performance indicators.
* Automate data collection, processing, and delivery processes to enhance analytical efficiency and reliability.
* Create and maintain documentation related to metrics, methodologies, indicators, and data sources.
* Conduct market benchmarking and comparative studies to support strategic decisions and improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with Information Technology, Planning, Controller, and other business areas to ensure data governance and standardization.
* Present analyses and recommendations clearly and objectively to diverse organizational audiences.
* Contribute to the evolution of data analysis and indicator-based management processes, promoting best practices and a data-driven culture.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Statistics, Economics, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
* Experience in data analysis, indicators, business intelligence, or related areas.
* Experience in developing and tracking performance indicators (KPIs).
* Advanced Excel proficiency.
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
* Knowledge of databases and SQL.
* Ability to analyze data and transform it into strategic information to support decision-making.
* Knowledge of performance analysis methodologies and indicator-based management.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
* Knowledge of data analysis and manipulation languages such as Python or R.
* Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
* Knowledge of applied statistics and quantitative methods.
* Experience in Business Intelligence projects and data governance.
* Knowledge of data storytelling and executive presentation development.
* Specialized courses related to data analysis, indicators, or Business Intelligence.
