Carry out preventive, corrective, and, where applicable, predictive maintenance plans, recording all activities performed. Interpret instructions, technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals to carry out maintenance tasks. Select appropriate tools, measuring instruments, and equipment for each activity. Identify causes of failures and defects, list damaged parts, specify replacement components, and define corrective alternatives. Test equipment operation after maintenance to ensure full functionality. Support modernization and installation of new equipment, possibly participating in electromechanical assemblies together with suppliers or internal teams. Periodically inspect machines, equipment, and installations, verifying operational and safety conditions. Perform minor repairs and general maintenance adjustments when requested. Ensure proper completion of maintenance orders and report any anomalies to the manager. Request quotations or purchase materials and services required to carry out activities. Supervise third-party professionals performing maintenance services, providing technical support or guidance.
