Use a ticket management system to handle support requests and update task statuses within the system. Additional responsibilities will be added during the assignment.liente. **We’d love it if you meet the following requirements:** Completed technical education or ongoing/completed higher education in IT, Networking, Systems, or related fields Proven experience in user technical support (Levels 1 and 2\) Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems Experience in hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance Knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, router and switch configuration) Experience with ticket management systems (creation, tracking, and resolution) Experience with remote and on-site support **It would be a plus if you have:** Experience with Active Directory Knowledge of structured corporate environments Familiarity with virtualization and backup Knowledge of information security Technical English **Location:** Antônio Carlos/SC **What are my working hours?** **Tuesday to Saturday** Tuesday to Saturday, from 1 PM to 10 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Salary:** R$ 3\.115,00 **Always striving to be a people-centric company, we invest in benefits that make your day lighter!
