Job Summary: The Supply Engineer will strategically manage and procure technical service providers for the Engeplanti Group, ensuring alignment and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of technical service procurement and supply. 2. Commercial, contractual, and technical negotiation with service-providing companies. 3. Ensuring fiscal, documentary, and contractual compliance of partners. * The Supply Engineer will be responsible for strategically managing and procuring other technical service providers to meet the demands of the companies within the Engeplanti Business Organization. This specialized company’s mission is to ensure all contracted external partners comply with the Group’s technical, operational, legal, and cultural requirements. **Responsibilities** + Identify third-party contracting needs in coordination with the technical and administrative departments of the Business Organization. + Prospect, analyze, evaluate, and approve specialized companies, ensuring technical, documentary, and legal compliance. + Lead the entire commercial, contractual, and technical negotiation process with other service-providing companies. + Structure competitive bidding processes, quotations, and comparative analyses among companies, ensuring transparency and standardization. + Monitor the performance of contracted companies, tracking quality, deadlines, scope, and technical requirements. + Maintain and update the corporate database of approved companies, making it accessible to other companies within the Business Organization. + Ensure fiscal, documentary, and contractual compliance of contracted companies. + Act as the interface between the organization’s companies and third-party companies, ensuring smooth relationships and clarity in deliverables.**Requirements for the Contracted Company** + Must be an engineering company (PJ) with a qualified technical responsible person. + Must have experience in procurement, technical service contracting, or corporate supplier management. + Technical capability to analyze engineering service scopes.**Competencies** + Strategic intercompany negotiation. + Proficiency in technical, commercial, and contractual analysis. + Systemic vision and ability to integrate across multiple companies within the Engeplanti ecosystem. + Organization, agility, and decision-making ability. + Clear, professional, and results-oriented communication.
