Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing operational and fleet cost indicators to ensure efficiency and quality of logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. Route planning and delivery scheduling for optimization **Description** * Monitor and analyze operational indicators (Overtime, Time Bank, On-Time Delivery, Liters/km, Occupancy Rate) to ensure process efficiency * Manage fleet costs and maintenance programs, ensuring vehicle availability and reliability * Ensure all deliveries and pickups are performed within the timeframes and quality standards established by the company and its customers * Develop and monitor fleet renewal planning, aiming at continuous improvement of logistics operations * Route planning and delivery scheduling to optimize costs and deadlines; **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics (industries with their own fleet) * Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management Processes, Engineering, or related fields * Postgraduate degree desirable * Experience in fleet management and maintenance * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and logistics systems * Advanced English and Excel skills desirable * Category D driver's license desirable Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License Requirements: B, C Willingness to travel * Dental Plan * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Meal Voucher * On-site cafeteria * Health Insurance
