Support people management and ensure organization * Brief Description: Coordinate operational processes to achieve established goals for all departments and monitor process performance indicators. * Detailed Description * Ensure office hours and service coverage. * Coordinate arrival times of shuttle vehicles at the branch. * Coordinate Base teams. * Monitor and participate in cargo unloading, verification, and sorting. * Perform and guide organization during receiving, palletizing volumes, and loading. * Participate in barcode scanning, importing data into Comprovei, loading, and vehicle dispatch. * Participate in resolving incidents and handle returns and proof-of-delivery documentation. * Ensure Base cleanliness and organization. * Monitor and participate in transfer reporting processes. * Track delivery progress via Comprovei, providing telephone assistance if required. * Send delivery status updates (including incidents) to the responsible person. * Support the manager in people management.
