




Packaging company seeks a Sales Coordinator in Indaiatuba (Boiler). **Responsibilities:** Lead and develop the commercial team, composed of sales professionals (domestic and international markets), customer service (Customer Service), and marketing. Promote continuous training and professional development initiatives for the team. In alignment with management directives and the group’s margin objectives, prepare the annual budget for Latin America. Continuously monitor the sales forecast and implement corrective actions when necessary. Act as the liaison among the commercial, production, and PCP departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellence in deliveries and product quality. Cultivate and expand relationships with the company’s key clients. Conduct strategic visits and business trips to strengthen commercial ties and identify new business opportunities.
