You will work on major developments across Brazil — from innovative residential buildings to masterplans, playing a fundamental role in project management and leaving your mark on projects that truly matter. What we offer: * Dynamic and collaborative environment with experienced professionals; * Opportunity for technical and professional growth; * Challenging and high-impact projects; * Cutting-edge BIM methodology; * Active participation in strategic decision-making; Ideal Profile: A detail-oriented professional interested in construction techniques, capable of connecting different aspects of a project, and seeking an environment where they can make a difference. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Participate in technical decisions for large-scale projects** * Contribute to the development of technical and strategic solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Brazil; * Actively participate in project progress meetings, highlighting critical areas and opportunities to improve engineering system efficiency; **Work with BIM technology** * Perform BIM project coordination, identifying interferences, technical inconsistencies, missing information and/or definitions among architecture and engineering disciplines, and proposing integrated, cost-effective solutions aligned with client objectives and validations; * Proactively analyze project needs by applying technical knowledge of core disciplines, participating in discussions, anticipating risks and inconsistencies with practical solutions; **Develop a holistic project perspective** * Bring a systemic perspective to analyses, evaluating how proposed solutions impact schedules and outcomes; * Connect different aspects of the project to deliver coherent and effective solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Ability to read and interpret drawings, without necessarily needing to size structural or installation systems; * Knowledge of installations (design or construction); * Basic understanding of project coordination; **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience developing structural designs or executive architectural designs for construction projects; * Knowledge of construction execution, especially for buildings; * Familiarity with BIM methodology; * BIM coordination tools (Solibri/Navisworks); Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Production Engineering, or Building Technician; **Work model:** Hybrid (2 days per week onsite at our office in Florianópolis/SC, 3 days remote). **Additional Information** Commission on sales of new projects to your clients; Year-end bonus tied to company performance; Paid vacation; Monthly access to online psychotherapy sessions and teleconsultations; Gympass; Birthday day off; Career progression plan linked to performance evaluation; Paid maternity and paternity leave; Opportunity to join our internal discussion groups: book club, charitable action group, women’s group, and diversity group; **Internal Initiatives** Otus Coffee every Thursday to strengthen team bonds and alignment; Coffee, fruits, and cookies always available in our pantry for onsite days; Annual scavenger hunt for relaxation; Gamification; At Otus, we believe construction goes beyond erecting buildings — it’s about creating experiences, uniting people, and transforming how civil construction happens in Brazil.
