**Job Description:** Responsible for ensuring the quality, flavor, and presentation of bakery products, as well as for the efficient management of the team and department. Supervises the production of sweets, cakes, pies, pastries, and other items, controlling the use of ingredients to prevent waste. Organizes the workplace, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Manages work schedules, monitors sales, and ensures compliance with Super Magia’s technical and quality standards. * Supervise and participate in bakery production, ensuring quality standards. * Monitor product and ingredient expiration dates, inventory levels, and prevent waste. * Organize and maintain a clean workplace and equipment. * Develop and manage team work schedules. * Monitor sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction. * Comply with technical, hygiene, health, and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience: Proven experience as a baker or bakery manager. * Education: Completed high school. * Preferred qualifications: Courses in baking and team management. * Must reside in the North region of the island (Canasvieiras, Ingleses, Vargem Grande, Rio Vermelho). **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (rotating days off). * Sunday schedule: 2 Sundays on / 1 Sunday off for men; 1 Sunday on / 1 Sunday off for women. * Employment type: Full-time CLT contract. * Location: Super Magia Supermarket – Canasvieiras, Florianópolis/SC. * Working hours: 8 hours per day (variable shifts, according to schedule and operational needs). **Benefits:** * Meal voucher (at affiliated restaurants). * Transportation voucher. * 13th-month salary. * Hazard pay (if applicable). * Night shift allowance (if applicable). * Overtime pay (if applicable). * Attendance bonus (basic food basket after 3 months of employment). * Shopping discount (available after 3 months of employment). **Working Hours:** 8-hour daily shift, with a 6x1 schedule.
