Be part of Masterbechat and transform your professional journey! **Responsibilities and duties** Checking materials according to product and quantity specified in the production order; Operating mixers following mixing and safety procedures; Feeding and operating twin\-screw extruder machines according to operation and safety procedures; Extruding and preparing test specimens for color evaluation using a spectrophotometer; Making formulation adjustments when necessary, with support from the Colorist or Quality department; Packaging, palletizing, and identifying materials; Recording production parameters on the production order; Performing setup during color and material changes, both on the mixer and extruder and peripherals; Inputting data into the Protheus system for production orders, non\-productive hours, losses, and creating identification labels; Recording production data in spreadsheets related to the production order; Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the area, applying the 5'S methodology and continuous improvement; Desired: knowledge of extruder machine operation, colorimetry and spectrophotometry, absence of color blindness, ease with mathematical operations and percentages. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma; Previous experience in extruder and masterbatch operation, colorimetry and spectrophotometry, no color blindness, proficiency in mathematical operations and percentages.
