An environment that values order, discretion, and silence **Position:** Cleaning Assistant **Working Hours:** \- **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM \- **Saturday:** 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM **Salary:** \- BRL 1,978.00 \- Hazard Pay: 20% (based on the minimum wage) \- Meal Allowance: BRL 300.00 **(paid after the probationary period)** **\-** Transportation Benefit with 6% payroll deduction **Job Description:** We are looking for a **responsible and committed Cleaning Assistant** to work in a high-standard dental clinic. We seek a person who is **punctual, proactive, discreet, and detail-oriented**, and who values **organization, personal appearance, and impeccable hygiene**. This is an essential role for the clinic’s smooth operation — **daily presence, punctuality, and dedication are non-negotiable.** **Responsibilities:** * Perform comprehensive cleaning and organization of all clinic areas, including: 4 restrooms (2 for patients and 2 for staff), 2 finance department rooms, 8 consultation rooms, 2 pre- and post-operative rooms, laboratory, decontamination area, sterilization area, storage room, 2 archives, reception, waiting room, laundry room, and waste room. * Collect and separate regular and contaminated waste, ensuring correct delivery to the responsible team. * Clean dental chairs, consultation room chairs, countertops, decorative arrangements, glass doors, and other surfaces. * Wash lab coats, surgical drapes, and floor cloths. * Restock coffee machine supplies. * Clean refrigerator, microwave, sink, and common-use utensils. * **Strictly follow the cleaning schedule and tasks established by management**, ensuring all activities are carried out as planned daily and weekly. * **Maintain order, discretion, and silence in the environment**, especially at reception and consultation rooms during patient care. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is preferred. * Good communication skills and appropriate conduct in a clinical setting. * Be **friendly, agile, proactive, and observant**, identifying tasks needing attention without constant supervision. * **Commitment to scheduled working hours and daily attendance is mandatory.** * Strict adherence to the clinic’s **Internal Regulations**, which contain rules and procedures applicable to all staff members. * We highly value **personal appearance and professional image maintenance.** Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: BRL 1,500.00 \- BRL 1,978.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation benefit Screening Question(s): * What do you consider good personal presentation in the workplace, and how do you ensure you maintain it?
