Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Pantry Assistant for a hotel, with a focus on quality and proper functioning of the pantry, including preparation, organization, and sanitation. Preparation and organization of breakfast and utensils We are hiring a **Pantry Assistant** to join our team at a hotel located in the **Lagoa da Conceição** area. We seek someone who is committed, organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working in a team, and is willing to maintain the quality and proper functioning of the pantry. **Working Hours:** * From **6 AM to 12 PM** (6 hours per day); * **1 day off per week;** * **2 Sundays off per month.** **Preference:** Applicants residing in Lagoa da Conceição or nearby areas. **Main responsibilities of the Pantry Assistant:** * Preparation, restocking, and setup of breakfast/colonial coffee; * Sanitation and organization of the breakfast area and utensils; * Cleaning of the breakfast area and its adjacent spaces after breakfast service; * Loading dishes into the dishwasher and preparing everything for the next day; * Daily consumption check and preparation of purchase orders **What we seek:** * Responsibility and punctuality; * Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; * Prior experience in this role is a plus.
