Participates in training sessions to standardize procedures Job Description: * Responsible for cleaning and/or sanitizing hotel rooms and apartments, following established guidelines * Adheres to safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols * Uses appropriate PPE (gloves, apron, mask, shoes) and equips cleaning carts with linens and cleaning kits * Receives daily instructions from supervisors and reports corrective maintenance needs * Room/apartment interventions include cleaning, linen replacement, restocking supplies, identifying laundry departures, and sanitization—including surface cleaning, trash bin replacement, and bathroom sanitation * Floor cleaning is performed via sweeping or vacuuming, focusing on floor corridors * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training for the department, delivered via e-learning, in-person sessions, or as directed by management Benefits: * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * On-site meals * Health Insurance (after probation period) * Dental Insurance (after probation period) * Day Off * 20% Hazard Pay * 50% discount on accommodation across the entire hotel chain Salary: * R$ 2.093,00 per month Work Location: * Slaviero Florianópolis - Beira Mar Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.093,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
