Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Infrastructure and Support Assistant to ensure the operational continuity of our technology environment, handling incident resolution and infrastructure maintenance. Environment monitoring and asset management **Infrastructure and Support Assistant** **About the Role:** We seek a dynamic professional to ensure operational continuity of our technology environment. You will serve as the single point of contact for incident resolution and infrastructure maintenance, covering hardware and network monitoring. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Hardware Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops and notebooks. * **User Support (Service Desk):** Respond to and resolve low- and medium-complexity service requests, ensuring internal customer satisfaction. * **Environment Monitoring:** Monitor health status of servers, network devices, antivirus systems, and virtualized environments. * **Asset Management:** Maintain strict control over hardware inventory and software license records. * **Access Administration:** Manage users in Active Directory (AD), corporate email accounts, and network permissions. * **Information Security:** Assist in implementing security policies and backup routines. **Technical Requirements:** * Proven experience in technical support and hardware assembly/maintenance. * Solid knowledge of **Windows 10/11** and **Microsoft 365 Suite**. * Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Preferred: Basic knowledge of **VMware/Hyper-V** environments and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix). **Desired Profile:** * **Hands-on:** Proactive attitude to anticipate issues. * **Clear Communication:** Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical users. * **Organized:** Disciplined approach to documenting service requests and keeping inventory up to date.
