* Build close relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring the product meets their expectations.
* Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and suggest continuous adjustments to enhance the customer experience.
* Monitor system adoption progress by tracking metrics and customer feedback.
* Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or similar roles, preferably in technology companies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to clearly and accessibly explain technical concepts to customers.
* Empathy, patience, and results orientation.
* Knowledge of ERP systems, and preferably experience in the construction industry.
* Ability to work with customers of diverse profiles and needs.

Acting as the link between strategy and execution, coordinating/supporting planning, governance processes and performance indicators, guaranteeing that Transmission activities are carried out in accordance with corporate standards, with a focus on results, business sustainability and risk mitigation. Performing a key role in approving, verifying, standardizing and controlling strategic documents, ensuring consistency, traceability, compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.

**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and ensure execution of technical, engineering and transmission assets management processes through team management, decision-making based on standards, procedures and corporate guidelines, promoting training, technical support and interaction with the Company’s central departments.
* Lead the team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, fostering professional development and ensuring delivery of departmental results.
* Promote implementation, standardization and optimization of technical and assets management processes, focusing on operational efficiency, asset reliability and cost reduction.
* Support the Transmission Management in strategic decision-making through monitoring of indicators, goal management, preparation of managerial reports and control of the department’s strategic documents.
* Coordinate execution of Transmission innovation and R&D projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, budget and efficient use of resources.
* Ensure regulatory compliance with ONS and ANEEL, coordinating technical investigations, registration and information quality in ONS systems, as well as preparation and defense of technical justifications before regulatory bodies.
* Represent the Company in technical and regulatory forums, including meetings and analyses of disturbances, failures and incidents reported by ONS, providing clarifications related to transmission assets.
* Coordinate regulatory and contractual processes, including Periodic Tariff Review (RTP/PRORET), calculation and defense of the Variable Portion (PV), validation of scheduled outages, as well as revisions of CPST, CCI and CCT.
* Coordinate preparation of the Annual Transmission Diagnosis and the Annual Maintenance Plan for Substations and Transmission Lines, consolidating technical and budgetary (CAPEX/OPEX) information, asset and maintenance team performance, ensuring strategic alignment and legal compliance.
* Coordinate technical analyses aimed at expanding the Transmission business and generating new revenues, aligned with strategies and demands defined by the Company.
* Monitor operational indicators and BSC targets, ensuring deadline management, evidence tracking, action plans and decision-making support.
* Maintain and promote continuous improvement of the INCOME system, supporting local representatives, monitoring audits and managing action plans.
* Ensure execution of administrative activities under your responsibility, in compliance with applicable standards, laws and regulations.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields, with active CREA registration.
* Driver’s license – Category B.
* English (reading, writing and speaking) – Advanced.
* Fundamentals, legislation and regulation of the Brazilian electricity sector – Intermediate.
* Software related to operations and maintenance management – Advanced.
* Oral and written communication (assertiveness, conciseness) – Advanced.
* Health and Safety standards and procedures, and applicable standards – Advanced.
* Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email) – Advanced.
* Administrative processes (procurement, contracts, technical specifications) – Advanced.
