Prepare quantity and cost spreadsheets for budgetary control. Manage purchase orders, material and equipment receipt, and storage. Assist in organizing the construction site and maintaining workplace cleanliness. Perform minor maintenance on equipment, tools, and machinery. Support the responsible engineer in technical and administrative tasks. Verify invoices, prepare schedules, and conduct measurements. Negotiate with and monitor suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards.
