Join us! **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** * Managing store activities and the team * Monitoring sales and service targets and supporting the team to achieve quotas. * Supervising, motivating, and guiding the team in alignment with company policies, metrics, and practices; * Participating in company meetings and training sessions; * Providing feedback to the team; * Ensuring store processes comply with the company's customer service standards; * Representing the company as the responsible party whenever necessary; * Overseeing administrative and operational routines, acting directly or delegating responsibilities. * Assisting in attracting new professionals and participating in the selection process for candidates for your branch, in accordance with the company's Recruitment and Selection Policy. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in fields related to retail/leadership; * Experience in retail; * Experience in people management; * Negotiation skills; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity.
