This position will be responsible for leading and coordinating financial and controller processes, ensuring the accuracy of accounting and tax information, efficient management of industrial costs, and development of strategic analyses supporting senior management decision-making and the company’s financial sustainability. Main Responsibilities * Lead the Tax and Controller team, developing technical and behavioral competencies. * Conduct financial planning (budget, forecast, and revisions), covering revenues, costs, and investments. * Prepare performance reports and variance analyses (Actual vs. Budget). * Support financial forecasting, feasibility studies, and investment decisions. * Ensure reliability of accounting and tax information, collaborating with external accounting firms. * Monitor industrial costs, margins, and pricing. * Support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with tax and accounting obligations. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems (ERP, managerial reports). What We Expect From You * \+5 years of experience in tax, controller, industrial costing, and managerial accounting. * Experience in industrial environments, including margin analysis and pricing formation. * Experience in auditing and team leadership is desirable. * Education: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance, Controller, or related areas. * Active CRC registration is a plus. Essential Skills * Leadership, strategic vision, and analytical thinking. * Strong results orientation and ability to translate complex data into clear insights. * Proficiency in budgetary planning, industrial costing, and financial analysis. * Advanced Excel, ERP (FI/CO), and Power BI (desirable).
