Job Summary: A quotation specialist prepares technical and commercial quotations for aluminum and PVC windows and doors, interpreting architectural drawings and ensuring cost accuracy and compliance with requirements. Support to the sales team and follow-up on approvals **JOB MISSION** The quotation specialist is responsible for preparing technical and commercial quotations for aluminum and PVC windows and doors based on architectural drawings. The role spans from feasibility analysis to proposal submission, ensuring cost accuracy and compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, and industry standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Interpret floor plans, architectural drawings, and descriptive specifications to quantify windows and doors; * Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on drawings and information received from clients; * Calculate measurements, materials, hardware, components, glass, and labor required for each project; * Use specialized systems or spreadsheets for pricing, cost composition, and margin calculation; * Support the sales team with technical information and clarifications regarding proposals; * Revise proposals as required by the client; * Attend meetings with clients and technical teams when necessary; * Monitor quotation approvals and support handover to the production department. **REQUIREMENTS** **Education** * Currently pursuing a Technical or Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; **Technical Requirements:** * Interpretation of architectural drawings and plans \- basic level * Preparation of commercial proposals * Material and cost composition * Proposal review and adjustment * Client and team relationship management * Proven experience in window and door quotation (aluminum and/or PVC) (preferred) * Proficiency in Excel and/or specialized quotation software; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.782,44 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Expected Start Date: 06/08/2025
