Job Summary: Responsible for the manufacturing and maintenance of Fromtherm condensers, pursuing continuous improvement and efficiency in industrial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in solving mechanical problems Salary: R$ 4\.000,00 \+ Hazard Pay \- **POSITION BASED IN SÃO JOSÉ \- Rua José Agenor Da Luz, SN, Quadra 1 Lote 5, Real Parque \- São José/SC** **Job Objective:** To be responsible for manufacturing condensers for Fromtherm machines, while also performing maintenance and continuous improvement of factory equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and reliability in processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manufacture condensers, including: * Cutting hoses, titanium tubes, and PVC tubes to fabricate nozzles; * Winding and gluing hoses according to technical specifications; * Fabricating flow sensors; * Conducting final tests to ensure full equipment functionality; * Adapting and continuously improving tools, equipment, and jigs used in the production process; * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on factory equipment, not limited solely to the condenser area; * Participating in solving mechanical problems across the entire industrial plant; * Preparing and maintaining up-to-date technical drawings, records, and controls for manufactured condensers; * Ensuring workplace organization and compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering; * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance; * Basic knowledge of machining processes; * Basic knowledge of welding processes; * Basic knowledge of electro-technical principles; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Valid driver's license. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in an industrial environment with in-house manufacturing; * Proactive profile focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
