Alignment with the company's visual identity We are seeking a professional responsible for creating graphic, digital, and printed materials for internal and external campaigns, aligned with the company's visual identity. Responsibilities include developing communication pieces, supporting design projects, adapting layouts for various formats, and collaborating with the team to develop creative visual solutions, always following guidelines from the Corporate Communications Coordination and Management. See the main responsibilities below: * Adobe Creative Cloud: Proficiency in the suite, with focus on Illustrator (vector creation, infographics, and icons), Photoshop (image editing, photo retouching, and compositing), and InDesign (document layout, presentations, and multi-layout materials). * Presentations: Ability to create professional and dynamic presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides. Experience in video editing and motion graphics using Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus. * Productivity Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration and document creation. * Project Management and Collaboration Tools: Experience with Notion for project organization, process documentation, internal wiki creation, and information sharing. * Advertising Copywriting Concepts: Knowledge of copywriting and storytelling techniques to develop texts for internal campaigns, e\-mails, intranet posts, and other communication materials. What We Expect from Our Junior Internal Communications Analyst: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Social Communication \- Advertising and Public Relations or related fields; * Professional experience in image editing and manipulation; * Experience in advertising and public relations, marketing, or related areas; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Adobe Illustrator; * Adobe Photoshop.
