Important: We are currently located in the Pedra Branca neighborhood of Palhoça/SC and operate under a **hybrid work model.** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Creating and maintaining dashboards to facilitate decision-making. * Analyzing data from various departments, identifying patterns, and proposing solutions. * Monitoring KPIs and preparing performance reports for leadership. * Collaborating with business units and data engineering teams to ensure data quality. * Supporting process improvement projects by providing analytical insights and practical recommendations. * Exploring and applying BI and AI capabilities to enrich analytics and automate deliveries. * Promoting a data-driven culture across the company by sharing best practices and training colleagues. Requirements: **To take on this mission, you must have:** * Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in SaaS startups. * Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Power BI. * Advanced Google Sheets skills and solid understanding of descriptive statistics. * Hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and datasets. * Ability to connect analytical insights to business context and propose actionable recommendations. * Experience in process improvement and data integration. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and foundational project management knowledge. * Excellent communication, analytical reasoning, and initiative to anticipate needs. * A collaborative and pedagogical mindset, focused on results and scalable solutions. * Passion for translating numbers into stories that drive business impact. **Not required—but your profile will shine if you:** * Have worked in B2B SaaS startups or high-growth environments. * Have hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in production. * Are familiar with code versioning tools (Git) or programming languages such as Python/R for advanced analytics. * Have applied agile methodologies to data projects. * Know how to leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate analytics and automation. * Hold certifications in Power BI, SQL, or data methodologies. * Have facilitated internal training sessions or data-driven culture initiatives.
