Job Summary:
This role involves administrative support in an automotive workshop, focusing on document control, customer service, scheduling, and system data entry.
Key Highlights:
1. Customer service for internal and external clients
2. Workshop document flow control
3. Appointment scheduling and administrative support
**Responsibilities:**
● Complete forms and control the flow of documents issued by the workshop;
● Register vehicles in the system;
● Serve customers (internal and external);
● Monitor MBBras and MBCV customer satisfaction survey portals;
● Schedule appointments according to workshop and service consultant availability;
● Record third-party invoices in the DMS and forward documents to the appropriate department;
● Assist service consultants in sending documents requested by customers;
● Manage internal Service Orders, performing triage and forwarding them to the After-Sales Manager for authorization;
**Requirements:**
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
High school diploma;
Experience in public-facing customer service.
**WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.**

Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: R$1.275,00 per month
