Mapping processes, validating them with departments, implementing, and automating using tools and frameworks that allow coding the integration of various business layers and systems. Researching and evaluating available systems in the market and their applicability to the company, analyzing the cost/benefit ratio of acquisition. Participating in data collection and defining methods and resources required for implementing systems and/or modifying existing ones. Conducting technical and economic feasibility studies, as well as preparing technical specifications, verifying project viability. Analyzing the performance of implemented systems, reevaluating routines, manuals, and work methods to ensure they meet user needs, suggesting more effective work methodologies. Conducting audits to ensure operational standards and security procedures are being followed. Researching and selecting new tools available in the market to improve development work and meet system users' needs. Researching, estimating costs and requirements, and developing data security projects. Preparing manuals for developed systems or projects, facilitating their use and understanding. Training and supporting users in the use of developed or third-party acquired systems, ensuring their proper functioning. Promoting continuous improvement of operational processes within your area of responsibility. Managing service level agreements (SLAs) for software supply and support contracts. Maintaining good relationships with partners and suppliers, acting as a facilitator for maintenance and improvement activities. Performing related tasks within your area of expertise. **Requirements and qualifications** **Required:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Systems Analysis and Development Experience with process architecture (ERPs) and integrations with satellite systems, implementation of improvements and new software projects, handling support tickets, and documenting processes At least two years of direct work experience with users to identify needs, develop solutions, and provide support in system usage Experience in requirements analysis and gathering, as well as software project implementation Knowledge of IT service management, system configuration, and parameterization Familiarity with main modules of ERP Protheus (Purchasing, Inventory, Costing, Billing, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Fixed Assets, Budget Planning and Control, and Contract Management) Knowledge of SQL Server databases, SOA, Big Data, and data analysis Experience in relationships with system vendors and business management systems. **It will be a plus:** Programming language knowledge Specializations and extracurricular courses in related fields Knowledge of RM TOTVS system Knowledge of Power BI Knowledge of programming languages Basic/intermediate technical English Certifications in Scrum Master and Product Owner. **Working Hours:** Administrative **Work Model:** Hybrid **Work Location:** Florianópolis/SC **Join us on the journey toward the future!** **Additional Information** **Our benefits include:** Profit and Results Participation Program.
