If this describes you and you are passionate about renewable energy, we would be delighted to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer, monitor, and manage the operations of photovoltaic solar power plants from the Operations Center in Florianópolis. * Process, consolidate, and analyze operational data—including generation, availability, losses, and performance—sourced from SCADA systems, monitoring platforms, and field reports. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), such as PR (Performance Ratio), availability, electrical losses, downtime, and system efficiency. * Prepare technical and managerial operational performance reports to support decision-making and communication with clients and stakeholders. * Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance technical reports to identify recurring failures, operational deviations, and optimization opportunities. * Develop technical spreadsheets, analytical models, and operational controls to support O\&M, engineering, and contracting teams. * Provide technical support for solar O\&M consulting, performance studies, operational diagnostics, and preparation of technical and commercial proposals. * Conduct market research and studies related to solar O\&M practices, photovoltaic technologies, contracts, and industry benchmarks. * Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, contracting, and field teams to ensure technical\-operational alignment. * Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes, asset reliability, and maximization of energy generation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** (preferably Electrical, Renewable Energy, Mechanical, or related fields) * Minimum **3 years of professional experience in operation and maintenance** of photovoltaic solar power plants, performance analysis, or related roles in the energy sector * Solid knowledge of photovoltaic systems, including modules, inverters, strings, substations, protection systems, and monitoring systems * Strong ability to analyze operational data, interpret performance indicators (PR, losses, availability), and technical reports * Advanced proficiency in Excel; good command of Word, PowerPoint, and Access; experience with dashboards and databases is a plus * Familiarity with SCADA systems, solar monitoring platforms, and CMMS/EAM systems * Fluent English for technical reading and communication; German is a plus * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong written and oral technical communication skills * Professional demeanor appropriate for a senior-level role, demonstrating autonomy, critical thinking, and technical responsibility * Residency in or willingness to relocate to **Florianópolis/SC** WINDWERK entered Brazil in 2016 and is part of the German DGE Group, which has 28 years of experience in planning, financing, and managing renewable energy projects, with current activities concentrated in European and South\-American markets.
